Caldwell Letter Service

If direct mail is not already part of your marketing strategy, now is the perfect time to add it. Direct mailers provide valuable communication with your customers and the kind of one-on-one interaction that no other form of advertising can match.

Direct mailers allow you to target your customers where they live – literally. From coupons that can be redeemed at your physical or online store to envelopes and brochures touting your products and services, the possibilities are nearly endless. We can help you with every kind of direct mailer, from glossy brochures and catalogs to membership cards, postcards and other targeted communication.

Partnering with the right printing and direct mailing provider will be critical to your success, and this is one aspect of the business you want to get right the first time. The quality of your direct mailings is a reflection on the quality and professionalism of your business, and you do not want a substandard mailer to make you look bad.

Caldwell uses state-of-the-art equipment and the latest in printing and mailing technology to make every brochure, every glossy catalog and every postcard look great. If you can design it, we can print it, mail it and make it look its best.

The direct mailing process is a complicated one, and there are many steps along the chain of success. From the initial targeting of your ideal customer through the use of analytic data mining and gathering vital demographic information to creating a compelling design to printing and mailing the finished product, Caldwell is here to help you every step along the way.

Our experienced team of design consultants can help you create compelling brochures, flyers and postcards, while our state-of-the-art mailing equipment can bring it all together and get it into the hands of your customers. We are a true one stop shop for all your direct mailing needs.

HISTORY: We grew our mail services by acquiring Caldwell Letter Service (CLS) in January of 2019. CLS was headed by Patty Perry and husband Will Perry. GIC has worked with CLS for generations – Louise Wood-Markasovic (2nd Generation) used to work with Patty Perry’s parents, who were first generation owners of Caldwell. After working off of each other’s strengths, which consisted of GIC sending mail projects to CLS and CLS sending print work to GIC, we decided to merge the two companies and become one big family. This turned out to be a great match, as we can both offer more competitive services to each other’s client base and make a seamless transition into one company. CLS acts as Graphic Image Corp.’s in-house Mail Division, which still uses the name Caldwell Letter for brand recognition. When you do work with us, you get decades worth of printing and mail service experience.
